Meal planning can seem like a daunting task for a busy Mom, but I am going to show you a way to plan a whole month (or year) of meals in under one hour with healthy recipes that your family will love.
How are you going to accomplish this? Using the power of Pinterest! I love using Pinterest to find healthy dinner ideas for my family. I simply create boards for different dinner themes I know my family will enjoy like kid-friendly meals, Paleo dinner ideas, Vegetarian, or healthy dinner ideas.

As I am browsing on Pinterest (one of my favorite pass-times), I pin yummy looking recipes into my various theme boards.
Using my monthly theme night template, I plug in my recipes from Pinterest for the month and am done with a whole month of meal planning in less than one hour.
Once you’ve discovered your tried and true recipes that your family loves, you can simply repeat your month without it getting too boring. This way, you’ve created a whole year of meal plans with little effort.
